Sayed Fekri is a practicing sales operations expert specializing in retail and community pharmacy sector with 18+ years of experience.
Sayed had the opportunity to work in market leading retail pharmacy organizations in GCC and MENA. He held several operations managerial for different retail operations functions.
Sayyed worked for Nahdi, the market leading pharmacy chain in MENA & GCC, where he grew in the sales operations career for more than 14 years.
After being graduated as a pharmacist, he started his career in sales operations as a pharmacy store manager before being promoted to be an “Area Manager” then “Operations Manager”. He later worked as “Regional Operations Excellence Manager” where he complemented his operational expertise with quality management and improvement methodologies that big retailers adapts.
Based in Cairo, Sayed is currently the “Head of Business Development Department”. Working in different countries, cultures and business sizes resulted in the diversified practical expertise that Sayed possesses.
Sayed managed many sales operations and cross-functional projects including Supply chain, Replenishment, Ware House systems, Call Center Revamps, Delivery Quality Projects, BI system (Tableau), Quality assurance Projects, new opening projects, POS Project , Performance management Systems, Employee Self-service Systems, Acquisitions, promotional projects.
Sayed enjoys introducing people to retail sales operations in the retail pharmacy environment as well as sharing new tips and techniques to those already familiar with managing sales operations.
